What's in Your Pantry?


I thought it would be fun to share some items we always have in our pantries or fridges. Some of my products are used in the preparation of a specific dish and some are just universal ingredients that are needed on a daily basis. By sharing these, I hope we can introduce each other to new and quality products and spark ideas for fresh and simple meals for our selves and our families.

Pantry
Basmati Rice
Pasta
Couscous
Low sugar whole grain cereals
Rolled oats
Extra virgin olive oil
Canola Oil
Reduced sodium soy sauce
Balsamic, red wine and rice vinegar
Cans of plane tomato sauce
Light coconut milk
Lo fat condensed milk
Maple syrup
Fresh ground coffee (usually Starbucks)
Peppermint herbal tea
Garlic
Onions

Refrigerator
Brown Cow or Stonyfield Farms Yogurt
Lo fat lactaid milk
Lo fat milk
Good quality vinaigrette (La Martinique)
Sriracha
Red curry paste
Dijon mustard
Shredded cheese
Block of parmesan
